Cleaning Assistant

Job Description

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and restaurant. You will support daily operations by maintaining a safe, sanitary environment, assisting with takeaway packaging, and coordinating with delivery drivers when needed.

Responsibilities 

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Keep kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas clean.

• Clean and sanitize toilets and bathrooms regularly.

• Clean restaurant floors, tables, and customer areas.

• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

• Dispose of waste properly and safely.

• Assist chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required.

• Help with packaging takeaway and delivery orders.

• Coordinate with delivery drivers for timely dispatch.
