Terms & Conditions – Diwali Event Registration

1. Ticketing & Payments

   • Ticket price: EUR 25 per adult (Age 12 and above).

   • Children aged 0–7 years: Free entry.

   • Children aged 7–12 years: Standard child ticket applies (if applicable).

   • All payments are final; no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be entertained.

2. Event Admission

   • Entry is valid only with prior registration and confirmed payment.

   • Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission in case of misconduct or violation of event rules.

   • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

3. Event Activities

   • Highlights include Puja, Tambola, Ethnic Dress Contest (Best Dressed Prize), and surprise activities.

   • Food provided as per the announced menu; substitutions cannot be guaranteed.

   • Alcohol is not included in the ticket price.

4. Liability Disclaimer

   • Chopra’s Redfort Indian Streetfood and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.

   • Guests are responsible for their belongings and children.

5. Photography & Media

   • The event may be recorded/photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your images/videos for promotional purposes.
